A: Anyone enthusiastic and ready to help can join! Whether you’re a seasoned consignor or new to the sale, we’d love to have you.
Q: What kind of tasks will I do?
A: You might be organizing, sorting hangers, assisting shoppers, helping at checkout, or making the space tidy and cheerful. Every job is important and helps the event shine!
Q: How long is each shift?
A: Each shift is a 4-hour commitment, and you’ll be on your feet and active the entire time. It’s fast-paced and fun—come ready to give it your all!
Q: Can I send someone else in my place?
A: Not without permission. Please do not send a substitute unless it’s been approved by Chrissy or the Team Thread Manager.
Q: I’m a new consignor. How many shifts can I take?
A: New consignors may only sign up for ONE shift during their first sale.
Q: How many shifts can returning consignors take?
A: Returning consignors may sign up for up to TWO shifts.
Q: Why are the 4 hours important?
A: To qualify for your consignor percentage increase, you must complete the full 4-hour shift and be actively helping the entire time.
