Sample Contract
I, _______________________, hereinafter referred to as the “Consignor or Seller," agree to allow COMMON THREADS to sell any or all items that I bring for consignment to this seasons sale. I understand and agree to the terms outlined below:
Consignment Percentage: Common Threads shall pay the Consignor a consignment of 65% of the net selling price of each Consignment Item sold. The consignment percentage shall be paid 2 weeks after last day of sale. Common Threads agrees to make the best efforts to sell the Consignment Items at the agreed-upon prices. Common Threads has the right to inspect the Consignment Items at drop-off. In the event of unsold items, Consignor may pick up on Saturday of the sale week or donate to a charity of Common Threads choice.
Pick-Up and Donation: I understand that any items not picked up on SATURDAY by 5 PM, will be donated to the organizations chosen by COMMON THREADS EVENTS, LLC.
Release of Liability: I will not hold COMMON THREADS Events LLC or CHRISTINE WEAVER, any helpers or workers, or Team Thread of COMMON THREADS Events, LLC, responsible for theft, damage, loss of goods, or personal injury or sickness. I, the consignor, specifically assume all risk of theft, damage, loss of goods, and personal injury resulting from participating in the sale in Fall 2025.
