      Fees

Lewisburg Event (Wed-Sat): 4 days, $100
Williamsport Event (Wed-Sat): 4 days, $75

Includes one uncovered 6-foot table (or 6-foot where available) and two chairs.
Full payment is required to reserve a table; non-refundable and non-transferable.
Electricity is strictly prohibited from being used without approval.
Williamsport/Lewisburg: $55/day
Public Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge.
       

  •  Guidelines

  • Common Threads Events, LLC reserves the right to refuse products/services that don’t align with its brand.

  •  Only one brand may split a table. One rep handles the contract and full payment, coordinating event details with others sharing the table.

  • Setup: Setup times vary by location/season; our Coordinator will provide specific times.

  • Table Assignments: Tables are assigned on a first-come basis at registration. Requests will be accommodated when possible.


  • Shopping Access: Two reps per table may shop during the consignor pre-sale. Additional reps need a public pre-sale ticket or can attend regular sale hours.


  • Child Policy: Vendors may bring children, but they must stay with their parents at the vendor’s table—no unsupervised browsing is permitted.
